The Goddess Group is a boutique consulting firm built on the belief that transformative leadership is both an art and a discipline. We partner with leaders and organizations to unlock their highest potential.

The firm is founded and led by Dr. Ma'at Latham, whose two decades of leadership span national program direction for a Cargill-funded, corporate-backed initiative reaching 23 states, corporate supplier diversity and MBE development work across the Gulf South, and executive leadership of a 40-year public nonprofit institution. She is also an invited panelist and moderator within the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) network, including conversations with the Southern Region MSDC (SRMSDC) and its affiliate councils.
